Do you love bootcamp-style workouts and HIIT training?
Our hybrid group fitness classes are for you! These classes provide an approachable training program that’s fun, gets you results, and makes you feel great.
- Workouts are varied every day and have components of CrossFit (the non-intimidating components!), High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Functional Weight Training.
- Workouts tend to be 30 to 45 minutes long.
- Our coaches make it fun and easy to learn every movement while also coaching you on proper form and making sure you avoid injuries.
- You’ll find yourself feeling more confident, motivated, and happy knowing that you’re getting in the best shape of your life alongside a community of supportive peers working towards common goals.
- Hybrid is a great membership on its own, or it can serve as a stepping stone and supplement to CrossFit! If you’re looking for more technical movements and heavy weightlifting, our CrossFit classes might be the perfect fit!
- Hybrid classes are open to athletes 15 and older.
