How Does the iD Program Work?
The iD Program matches you with a coach to fit your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re training for the CrossFit Games, are ready to finally get that first muscle up, or just need more personalized programming to become the healthiest and fittest version of yourself, we have a coach for you.
What Does the iD Program Membership Include?
The iD Program includes:
- An initial consultation with your coach of choice: During this meeting, the coach will perform an initial physical assessment to understand your current fitness level and work with you to set goals for your program.
- Personalized programming for your lifestyle, needs, and goals: Programming for 3, 4, or 5 days a week, depending on your schedule, goals, and training availability.
- 24/7 gym access via key fob: You can work out at our facility in Mt Pleasant, SC when it’s convenient for you.
- Ongoing feedback and program modifications: You’ll regularly connect with your coach via email to receive feedback and make necessary changes to the program. You can submit technique videos for critique or ask questions about your workout plan. If you’d prefer to train with your coach in person, we’re happy to talk about options for 1 on 1 personal training.
What to Expect From the iD Program
The iD Program is not just a customized training plan.
It’s a relationship with one of our fitness professionals to guide you as you hit new milestones in your fitness journey. While your coach may not be the right next to you while you train, they’ll come alongside you to offer video feedback and technical advice to ensure you’re getting the most from your training.
